Good and thorough, price was reasonable $85 to have 4 key lock lug nuts removed and replaced with OEM - don't quite match what's on there but close enough. I went to check myself after 2 hours and it was all done and ready, parked, who knows for how long. But they got the job done. More

Seth and the rest of the sales group were helpful in helping me find a car. But, I almost left without a purchase when dealing with the finance settlement. In the finance department with Charlie, there was the typical upselling and high interest rate, annoying but expected. Luckily I had financing already approved and knew my rate ahead of time. Where i really had an issue were the extra, sneaky charges I had to find on my own. Things like an undiscussed package of oil changes and very expensive GAP insurance. Where i almost walked out the door though, was a $999 charge that was never explained. When requested these charges were removed, but definitely left me questioning how much I could trust the company I was working with! All together, these would add thousands to the purchase cost with little benefit. More
