Andrew was really professional when helping us pick out the 2021 Kia Seltos, from the first day we came in just to see the Seltos to the final test drive he was patient and cordial. He wasn't pushy during the buying process which is a nice change of pace and easy to have a conversation with. Numbers were presented in a clear way to my fiance and I, which is helpful when financing a new vehicle (we have dealt with dealers that have tried to be tricky in the past). However we did catch a couple mistakes with the financing officer at time of signing paperwork Took my new car home Saturday night, and on Sunday I decided to spend some time and take a look at my new car. During that time I found that both the front and rear windshield wipers had the rubber portion missing or mostly missing, and that I was missing a lug nut on my front tire (so I am slightly upset that I then had to drive to Advanced Auto and replace those after only owning my new car for less than 24 hours). Nick said he would make it up to me in some way once he speaks with his manager, which I appreciate. Overall I am happy with my new car, and purchasing with Nick as my salesperson was good. I would use him as a car dealer in the future. However Russ Darrow Kia itself I will likely not due to a few things (which can be seen on my good review). More
