Again and then my check engine light came on car keep cutting off called them they say drop back off now it’s the 3 week and picked it up so far so good and i hope so but i was charge for labor and service and i don’t think i should have but never going back again More

I called in to make sure my issue with passenger window could be addressed at the same time as my oil change. I was told it could be. After arriving I was told it could not. I was not happy with my service at Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa yesterday. I went in for an oil change and agreed to the 15,000 mile package for $279 to include filters, wiper blades, etc (also including Wauwatosa yesterday. I went in for an oil change and agreed to the 15,000 mile package for $279 to include filters, wiper blades, etc (also including the oil change and tire rotation.) No estimate was given showing all the extra fees that would be on top of the $279 that ultimately brought my total to $328 (and that was after they took off $30 for my “free oil change”). I waited almost 3 hours for them to get the proper filter. Apparently they didn’t have it in stock, so ordered one from O’Riley. The one that arrive was not correct. Then I was told another one would be coming from Appleton but was almost here. After another hour or so passed and I went back to check what was going on, I was told that was also the wrong filter and they were waiting on a third filter. In the end, I was there almost 5 hours (most of which were just waiting for this filter to arrive) and offered no compensation for my time. And I had to keep seeking out the associate to ask what was going on…she was not coming to me to keep me informed. Poor customer service all around. Your dealership is a 30 minute drive (without traffic) from our house. I will be finding a closer Kia dealership for future work who will hopefully value my business enough to keep me informed and offer me compensation when you can’t get the proper supplies delivered in a timely fashion. More
