My car was towed here a month ago and had it for two weeks due to a recall I was never informed about — no calls, no emails, nothing — even though I’ve always serviced my vehicle at this same Kia. After being told what needed to be done, I approved an oil change and air filter replacement. The air filter was never installed, and the oil change was done so poorly that oil leaked all over my garage, leaving a permanent stain and puddle still remains . When I brought it back because the oil leaking, instead of an apology or any sympathy, other service staff “not Conner” they gave me attitude also when I requests once again a new air filter that I thought that was already changed a month ago and charged me $73 for it. Conner did his best I will recommend him anytime, but this dealership needs serious improvement in communication, honesty, and quality of service. I’m now questioning every bit of work that’s ever been done on my car here. More

Horrible services, tried to charge me 900+$ to change a spark plug. Got the car back and not even a full week and it started acting up again. I brought it back only.for them to try to charge me another $80 spark plug. Got the car back and not even a full week and it started acting up again. I brought it back only.for them to try to charge me another $800 for issues that I shouldnt be having. Vehicle became dangerous to drive within 7 days after purchase. Service department most definitely did not due their due diligence before putting the vehicle on the lot. 10/10 DO NOT BUY THEM More
