I had a flat tire and they accommodated a same day appointment so I could use my Tire Protection warranty. Was told parts were in for my vehicle to fix a recall issue. However, after arriving at the dealer, service told me the wrong parts were ordered and that they would need to re-order and I would have to c issue.
