Avoid if you can. I have had nothing but issues with service at this location. I asked for an emissions check they said it was done it was not. Communication was atrocious. After bringing in my car when it had broken down on the highway, I was told it would be a few days before they could look at it. After 6 whole days, I had to call them to ask when it had broken down on the highway, I was told it would be a few days before they could look at it. After 6 whole days, I had to call them to ask if there was any update, and was then told I would receive a call tomorrow. I never got a call, so I called again, and was told I’d get an update the NEXT day. This happened 3 days in a row, and I was the one who called them every single time. Even after they had found the problem with my car, I had to pry and complain until the service manager gave me an update. I was without a car for 2 full weeks and was never offered a loaner car or any sort of assistance whatsoever. More
