Professionalism and customer service are severely lacking! We began our visit with a friendly salesperson and were interested in purchasing a used vehicle. Before finalizing the purchase, we were tol lacking! We began our visit with a friendly salesperson and were interested in purchasing a used vehicle. Before finalizing the purchase, we were told the title wasn’t in yet and that we needed to put money down to hold the car. About a week later, we received a call saying the vehicle was ready and scheduled a time to pick it up and complete financing. When we arrived, we were told there had been a mix-up and the car wasn’t actually ready. We were assured the manager would follow up the next day—but we never heard back. After two weeks of no communication, we went to the dealership ourselves. The staff said they were too busy with other clients to help us and offered no information about our vehicle. When we asked for our deposit back, we were told it had to go through corporate and could not be returned directly by the dealership. I requested written confirmation, and all I was given was a sticky note with the manager’s name and “money will be returned.” Another week passed with no update, so I called again and was told it could take 4–6 weeks to get our money back. After finally speaking with the manager, I decided to call corporate myself. Corporate was polite, professional, and resolved the issue quickly—I received my refund within a week. Adding to the frustration, we recently got a call asking if we’d like to schedule an oil change for the car we never purchased. From the moment we put money down, communication was either inaccurate or nonexistent. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience, with professionalism and customer service severely lacking. More

Very disappointed in the level of pricing transparency. I asked how much an oil change was and was told $79 (or something close). Pretty sure I couldn't have declined it and still got the oil change. If it's required, then it should be included in the total price when asked. More
