New vehicle purchase. I contacted Matt to arrange a test drive on a new CX5. I didn't really want to buy a new car but started looking due to high miles 183k on my Mazda 5 I contacted Matt to arrange a test drive on a new CX5. I didn't really want to buy a new car but started looking due to high miles 183k on my Mazda 5 (great car!). Matt was extremely accomodating with my busy schedule. He got the car transferred from Milwaukee that same day so we could take advantage of expiring promotions. He saved us a lot of money. We got a great new car. Definitely glad I contacted Russ Darrow and Matt. More

Sent Financial Docs (with SS#) over the internet We bought a used car. We signed all the papers, and drove away with a 2015 car. A week later, they tell us we need to sign some financial forms, whic We bought a used car. We signed all the papers, and drove away with a 2015 car. A week later, they tell us we need to sign some financial forms, which I know we signed before we left with the car. So they send the financial forms, with private information (social security number, address, salary information) in a pdf file via an email, which was not encrypted. Who does that in this day and age? Tried to call them to talk about it but got transferred three times. Not happy at all. More
