All used cars are available for inspection and preview prior to purchasing. This vehicle was priced extremely well in the market which is why you came to look at it. The price was low because of the items you described. It was in good but not perfect condition. The fact is you wanted more money off or the items repaired. We simply declined to that for the price posted. We wish you were happy with the experience. The staff commented that you were courteous and thanked them before you left.

We do consider every reasonable offer and sometimes decide an offer from a different client is the better option for our dealership. That would be reasonable if I had ever gotten the opportunity to make an offer to begin with. -- in fact, I want to clarify for anyone who stumbles upon this review: it is impossible for a different offer to be considered "more reasonable" because I was barred from making an offer at all, simply because I didn't want to employ your in-house financing. I was fully prepared to make an offer (in cash if necessary) well above the asking price, but you flat out refused to sell me the vehicle because I didn't want to use one of your lending partners. If you were being honest about the "small cut" you get from the interest on the loans you direct through your lending partners, I would have been happy to offset that cost, but you never gave me the chance. Spin it however you wish, there was no "better offer" because that would imply an offer was established.
