Some sales reps at other dealerships come off as needy or pressuring, but that was not the case with Alejandro. His authenticity and genuine care shone through in all our interactions with him. He was very knowledgeable and even if there was a question we asked that he wasn’t quite sure on, he went to double check and followed up with his, which felt very trustworthy. More

Worked with me on my negotiation and got the vehicle to a spot where everyone was happy. Down payment and financing took quite a while as they only had one finance person working, this took up a bulk of the time. We didn’t end up leaving the dealership until well past closing time. I indicated that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank, but they wanted to pull financing offers for me as well because they said they worked with my bank Landmark Credit Union. Was told that this was so I could be given the best offer, but when it came time to sit down with the finance guy (Justin, I believe) he acted like I had already looked through the finance offerings they had pulled and assumed I wanted one that was 2% over what my bank had approved me at (dealer 8.25% vs my bank at 6.14%) so I was not happy about that. After some complaining about the confusion they offered me a longer loan period at 5.99%, but never made it seem like using my pre-approved loan was an option. I plan to refinance as soon as it makes sense. Justin in finance also interrupted my fiancé as she was in the middle of saying something pretty early on in the finance transaction which made for a pretty sour experience for the remainder of our time at the dealership. Definitely not a great way to end the evening and was only saved by the fact that I got to drive away from him in my beautiful new car :) TL;DR: Chris in sales was great to work with, expect payment and financing to take a while if there’s only one finance guy, make sure you stick to your guns if they don’t present you with all the financing options and proceed carefully if you get Justin the finance guy. More
