Kirsten was fabulous and between her and Dylan (who I assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 thi assume was the mechanic working on my car) they determined that I really didn't need to have both tie rods replaced - so that saved me about $350 this trip! The sales team is dreadful. Lots of broken promises. Don’t follow through on actions. Don’t communicate with the service team.
