Daniel was very accommodating with delivering my new (used) purchase to my office so I wouldn't have to make special arrangements to take delivery. My follow up concerns were addressed and Brandon went over the top to make sure everything was to my liking and approval. I am so happy with my Lincoln MKX and am very pleased with my purchase.
