On the ride home from the dealership on the highway, noticed significant abnormal vibration in steering wheel. While the car was purchased used and "as is", such an abnormal and significant vibration should have been disclosed in the posted Wisconsin Buyers Guide on the vehicle, which was checked off as NO issues. I immediately emailed the sales person and have since called the dealership 3 times on 3 consecutive days. NOTHING. Nobody has called me back, emailed me back or even acknowledged my communications with them. This is not just poor service, it is intentionally stonewalling any communications until I lose hope and go away. What a way to treat customers! My next step is to involve my attorney, it is apparently the only thing that works at Russ Darrow Mitsubitshi!! More
