The salesmen mislead me about the vehicles features. The dealer didn't disclose 3 open recalls. The vehicle had a bad telemetrics module which took me several months to discover. The dealer wouldn't stand behind the vehicle and simply told me I should have purchased an extended warranty. I did research on the extended warranty and it was not rated favorably with a "Do not purchase" recommendation. The dealer had contacted me about suggested maintenance and didn't even know what type of oil to use. More

Very good and friendly customer service. I brought my car in to get the sunroof to close and ended up getting brakes and rotors on back, oil pressure sensor and a recall item done.
