Aesthetically speaking, the car LOOKS fine and all damage caused in the accident are gone, but service wise, the car hasn’t felt/driven like how I would expect it to. I was promised a partial refund due to all of the inconveniences I experienced (wrong chrome, needed service missed, delays & losing my key) and that was at least a month ago or more. I’m not sure if I’m more upset at the woman who hit my car or myself for bringing my car here. I’ve worked in customer service and nobody has that any more, just pay up & hope for the best. More
