My experience with Joe was unpleasant. He delayed the time on calling my warranty company causing us to get a rental car for a week! Which was wxtra money out of pocket! Our warranty company contacted him back stating what they needed the same day we were sitting in the dealership, which we were there for a total of 4 hrs & 30 minutes. Which he stated that it would only take 1-2 hours! And we were talking to the warranty company like everyday and calling you guys everyday! Everyone kept giving us different names of the service manager, we could never get a clear answer! And also we found out today that there was a claim for a rental when it should've never been there to begin with! More
