I had a great experience overall and want to give special recognition to Ken Davis. Earlier that day I stopped at Heiser Ford to look at two vehicles and, despite waiting about 45 minutes, visiting the main recognition to Ken Davis. Earlier that day I stopped at Heiser Ford to look at two vehicles and, despite waiting about 45 minutes, visiting the main desk, speaking with staff, and even waving to a salesperson for assistance, no one ever helped me. I had an appointment at CarMax across the street and arrived early, so I decided to stop at Russ Darrow instead. That’s where I met Ken and ultimately found the vehicle I purchased. Ken was professional, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His customer service is a big reason I chose to buy from Russ Darrow. My only disappointment was discovering after the purchase that the front floor mats were missing. I initially thought they were underneath the paper and plastic protective coverings. The cargo cover/liner for the rear cargo area was also missing. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. More

The entire process took far too long just to get the keys in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end. When I had brake issues (6 months and only 1,000 miles later), I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because I couldn't get the help I needed. Jeff and the customer service from both him and the service department was horrible. I won't be doing business with these guys again. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, look elsewhere. Stay away from Russ Darrow Nissan. You'll thank me later. More
