I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I called. I highly recommend this place to get your vehicle serviced. Russ Darrow Nissan was extremely helpful. Dylan worked with me and my mother to get my previous car traded in before getting into a newer car with better reliability. Dylan worked with me and my mother to get my previous car traded in before getting into a newer car with better reliability. More

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at a dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 Subaru that had a cracked and damaged bumper, along with multiple scratches and dents. Yet he maintained that the $25,000 asking price was completely fair and refused to budge even after we pointed out the condition of the vehicle. It's one thing to stand firm on a price; it's another to do so while treating potential customers as though they're unreasonable for questioning the value of a visibly damaged vehicle. We left feeling disrespected and will not be returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand that treating customers with respect is just as important as making a sale. With that said our sales lady Debra great! More
Still waiting a week later for my car to be serviced. Work didn't even begin on it until my keys were retrieved from a tech's personal lockbox and he left for a family emergency, and no one could get my Work didn't even begin on it until my keys were retrieved from a tech's personal lockbox and he left for a family emergency, and no one could get my keys to start the work. Once the keys were retrieved a day later- a call to Nissan Engineers was placed for a software update for my part- but two days later Nissan Engineers still has not returned call or updated dealership. This is horrible customer service, and it is impacting my work. More
