I put a $1,000 deposit down to buy a specific car there. When I arrived to purchase it they had me sit around for an hour and a half telling me that they were working on the paperwork only for me to find ou When I arrived to purchase it they had me sit around for an hour and a half telling me that they were working on the paperwork only for me to find out that they had sold the car someone else the previous day. The salesperson and the manager were not forth right about anything. I spent 5 hours there waiting for them to find a another car for me from Rohrman In Kenosha. When I finally drove the car home I noticed a Rattle and at the hood was moving. I was on the freeway at the time and had to pull over on the shoulder and get out and slam the hood tight to shut it. Horrible experience all the way around. More

**BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM** I was interested in a specific 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Their pricing was lower than what I had found elsewhere. I spoke to an employee who said it was still on the lot and sche 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Their pricing was lower than what I had found elsewhere. I spoke to an employee who said it was still on the lot and scheduled a test drive at 3pm before driving to Milwaukee from Madison. Once we arrived our "assigned rep" Adam, was on his way out the door for the day. He didn't even take his coat off after being called up to assist us. He went to go get the vehicle and came back to say it was sold at 8pm last night and it's just slow coming off the inventory. He blamed it on the employee who helped me working off site however Leslie was paged by name over the speakers while we were there. Then had another rep approach only to push buying a brand new rogue with "big discounts" and it's "such a good deal." The vehicle I was interested in is still on the website and showing with another price reduction. More
