Still waiting a week later for my car to be serviced. Work didn't even begin on it until my keys were retrieved from a tech's personal lockbox and he left for a family emergency, and no one could get my Work didn't even begin on it until my keys were retrieved from a tech's personal lockbox and he left for a family emergency, and no one could get my keys to start the work. Once the keys were retrieved a day later- a call to Nissan Engineers was placed for a software update for my part- but two days later Nissan Engineers still has not returned call or updated dealership. This is horrible customer service, and it is impacting my work. More

Erin addressed my concern with the Service dept. I am still concerned about the issue with my front brakes that she said were still under warranty.
