I've only ever taken my car to Russ Darrow Nissan so when they called me halfway through working on car they requoted me because they didn't realize I had different rear brakes than the front ones which is O they called me halfway through working on car they requoted me because they didn't realize I had different rear brakes than the front ones which is Odd because they should have this information already hence my first statement so it's a little frustrating when you are being asked for double the money. Then after I picked up my car I had to turn around and come right back because my breaks weren't working properly (this is the second time that's happened...) I just feel like are they even testing the cars after working on them. Is it just $ in their pocket???? It's Winter in Wisconsin I could have been in an accident. I usually don't ever say negative things about businesses but it makes me want to take business elsewhere. But I am glad they are rechecking everything. Things can be miscommunicated I understand that may happen, but I do not like surprises like such. Other than that service and sales and are usually spot on. Thanks. More

Thank you for checking my tires to assure I didn't have a slow leak or that the sensors were okay instead of just giving me air. Great experience - start to finish. Just had to purchase my 3rd car in 3 months so buying a car was not on my happy list of things to do. Luckily, I walked in and the staff at Russ Darr Just had to purchase my 3rd car in 3 months so buying a car was not on my happy list of things to do. Luckily, I walked in and the staff at Russ Darrow Nissan took care of me. I walked in on a whim and Ian English was the first to greet me. He listened to my needs and wants & we got the ball rolling. Ian was great as I wasn't necessarily set on buying that day but wanted to see what kind of options I had - but he helped me find the right vehicle. Attentive and kind, we hit it off and worked out a deal. John Domask in management also was helpful as we discussed options on lease versus purchase. Unlike other dealerships I've visited, both John and Ian suggested the plan that was perfect for me versus what was right for the dealership. And that was a bonus. Finance guy Mark Koch helped me finalize my warranty and service plans in a timely manner. He was professional and understood my budget plans for introducing a new car into my family. Russ Darrow Nissan helped me tremendously. I will most likely return when it's time to purchase a new vehicle. More
