Had my car towed in to have a key and keyfob cut and orogram Staff was absolutely amazing- they got me in as quickly as they could and serviced my vehicle. Great customer service!! He came through in more ways than you know as I was in a pinch, didn’t want to spend much money and was very picky when it came to my needs. Awful experience My husband and I went to the dealership, the only day that we could get there ( an hour and a half away from home) and get the savings promised to us. My husband and I went to the dealership, the only day that we could get there ( an hour and a half away from home) and get the savings promised to us. Despite checking the online stock the night before, none of the 4 cars we looked at were available. One was sold, it sounded like that was neglected to be updated online. 3 were 'not ready'. When I explained that we needed a car today as we cannot come back out, I was told that none of the 3 were able to be ready by end of day, and that some ( or all?) Were not even on the lot. I was told the sales guy would look for the car we wanted in a 500 mile radius, staring with their own dealerships and going from there. We test drove a different car, more expensive, that I said would do if sales couldnt find the car I wanted. After the test drive they started filling out paperwork and asking foe our info. When I finally asked what car they were working on papers for, they said the more expensive one. I asked and they said they couldnt find the car I wanted. I had doubts that they even looked to place us in a cheaper vehicle, so I did a basic google search and found the exact car I wanted in the city I lived in. I verified with the company that they had the car, it wasn't held or waiting to be detailed, etc. When I brought this up to the place we were at, they said that some companies are difficult to deal with. Given the time frame of the 'search' I doubt any calls were made on that vehicle. I do not trust most of what went on to get us into the car we took and would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. I do not plan on giving them any further business More

Steal your money Went to dealership as recommended by an extended warranty plan as check engine light on. After 2 hours waiting was told could not find what was wr Went to dealership as recommended by an extended warranty plan as check engine light on. After 2 hours waiting was told could not find what was wrong with car, next step is to flush everything. This "fixed" the light but guess what? Not covered by my warranty. So, i essentially paid almost $400 for a transmission flush. Paperwork afterward said there was metal pieces in pan and decided to then flush it as at this point, no mention of the metal, just cant find out why light is on. So not only am i paying for you to figure out the problem, you say that the next step is to do this flush because you still dont know why light is on. Not that hey, i think you need a flush this will most likely solve your problem. I could have got this done elsewhere for $100. Not to mention this extended warranty was the one who told me to take it here and it would only be $50 deductible. Screwed all the way around. More

My only issue was that I was offered a complementary car wash and point inspection that I accepted but after the recall was fixed and my vehicle was brought to me, my car was not washed and there was no summary from a point inspection. Horrible professionalism and even worse customer service Came to buy my vehicle out because my lease was up. I sat down with the sales associate to talk over the pricing and get paperwork to take to my bank. Came to buy my vehicle out because my lease was up. I sat down with the sales associate to talk over the pricing and get paperwork to take to my bank. Sales associate attempted to get me to lease new vehicle, I told him I was not interested and wanted to buy my vehicle. Went over pricing with me if I went through Nissan to finance. Informed associate I would be going through my bank not Nissan because I would be getting a better APR and longer term. Associate continue to try to get me to go through them and asked if I would fill out the financial paperwork to have them run my credit I again said no, I do not want another credit inquiry on my credit report and that I was not going through them. Once I told him that he became short with me and said he would have them print out the paperwork for me to take to the bank. I continuously asked why there was a price difference in the amount listed on my lease contract and the amount they were charging me to buy it out. The associate refused to go over the fees and what they were for or to break it down. He continued to say that it’s kist the fee for filing the paperwork. I asked to see the breakdown of fees and he said he would send the financial Associate over to explain. The financial/business manager cane handed me the paper and I asked about the fees and he was extremely rude and said I could look it up on my lease agreement. I told him I had it pulled up on my phone and to explain. He was extremely rude and unproffesional. Would not sit down and go over the pricing with me. Told me he was not going to waste his Saturday arguing over a few hundred dollars and that he had better things to do. I asked for his name to file a complaint, he refused to give it to me initially and then finally gave me his business card which he threw on the table and then told me I needed to leave and could take my business elsewhere. I am disgusted at the way I was treated and the lack of customer service and professionalism I experienced. I will never return to this dealer with my vehicle and will not recommend anyone else to do so! More
