Great Salesperson & Customer Care My daughter and I went car shopping and found a dealership and a sales person, Ian, that we were both very comfortable with. The used car my daughter purchased had an issue that became apparent after we transacted (on a Saturday). We came back the following Monday, and the front/assistant manager, Robert, observed with us the issue firsthand and immediately brought the car into service for a diagnostic. The team were very attentive to the issue, our concerns, and subsequently identified a mechanical issue too cost prohibitive for repair. For this particular situation, they offered a full refund for the vehicle. My daughter was so relieved and greatly appreciated the care and customer service provided at Russ Darrow Nissan. Thanks! Uniformed of repairs I took my truck in for check engine light & noisy lifters. Joe (Service Writer) told me he would keep me informed about the repairs.
