Came for last service in package I have come here the last 3 years with my 2015 Altima. Service is normally fine, and completed quickly. Today. When going over what services I'd like done, the service attendant was reminding me of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance, most of which I have done-and just seemed very concerned that I wasn't doing anything in a very patronizing way. I have a mechanic I trust to do all the other work they do not, and he tried to insinuate that no one can work on Nissan's but a dealer because of special tools and that my mechanic is ripping me off. He also stated that he had to note I was declining the recommended service, and if I continue to do so, that I'll void the manufacturer's warranty. I have done every recommended maintenance but a transmission flush....which will be done next week. Just a very frustrating experience, at it's worth noting at the end, he asked for me to leave all '10's' on the review.... They also did not wash my vehicle or ask if I wanted it. Just people things that add up to me not wanting to return to this dealership. More

Terrible Service Department I've been coming to this dealership for 5 years now and thete is always an issue in the Service department. Its quite frustrating. Everytime i bring my car fir basoc service, i jav3bto return to have something fixed or redone. My last visit, i had lights come on the evening after picking it up. I was told they would need me to pay $119 for diagnostics. Terrible place, awful service for women. More

Bad service They don’t care about your car they make you wait nobody knows or give you information about the service on your car. I took my Nissan for service they did a really bad job on my car so upset that they broke my steering wheel a two hour job became a hold week. When I pick up my car the steering wheel is not straight is sideways like bad half way to the left half turn. my only car with kids in school two jobs and have to drop and pick up wife from work it was a struggle week on thanksgiving week. And my car now needs work alignment. I was going to trade in and buy a car but never never there. More

Difficult to work with. Dealership would not honor warranty commitment. Disappointing to say the least. Nissan North America refunded the charges after I had my lawyer contact them. Changing the rating from 1 star to 2, as it still was not a good experience as the dealership did not / does not advocate for their customers with Nissan North America. Further, the original issue with the transmission, a "judder", returned once since the repair was made. More

Nightmare turned into a dream! We had a recall on our Nissan Murano. We could not drive it. Great salesman.... everything goes south from there Salesman was great.... best price in town for the car we purchase....after price was agreed upon everything sucked.... we were the only people buying Salesman was great.... best price in town for the car we purchase....after price was agreed upon everything sucked.... we were the only people buying a car and it took almost 3 1/2 hours to get paperwork done....absolutely no regard for our time...... on top of that... you should of seen the attitude once I turned down the $1900 “wrap around warranty “ .... I do regret making this purchase.... In hindsight, I wish I would have walked out Purchased a vehicle at Van Horn in Plymouth a few months back.... took 52 minutes from agreeing on price to driving off the lot.... that was a much better experience More
