After personally visiting 6 other dealerships in Sou I had spent about 2 months looking at cars online and in person in hopes to buy a good, used car. After personally visiting 6 other dealerships in Southeastern Wisconsin, I visited Russ Darrow Nissan. This was by far the best experience I've had. John Hayes greeted us after we looked around for a bit and found a car for me that was more than what I had expected for a price well within my budget. He was extremely patient, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here for any vehicle needs. More

Given the run around Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the coverage was not shown on the receipt luckily I made it to the dealership right as service was closing otherwise I would have had to go another night without my car which it had already spent two nights in the dealership just to diagnose a problem we told the dealership the car had. Also I was told I needed brakes which I didn’t go in for brakes so under the car should not have been looked at when the problem was under the hood. I felt the guy working with us was just trying to get money out our pocket. It was a total run around and I wasn’t even called when the car was complete. I didn’t enjoy the service at all when I am sure Russ Darrow has great service. It makes me leery about purchasing a car from Russ as the current car I have now was purchased from Car Maxx and they were able to pull up my warranty without any assistance from me. More
