Great customer service from Charles I came in for an oil change and Charles was there to greet me. He looked up my vehicle status and stated the items it showed should probably be looked at, but he wasn't pushy trying to talk me into having anything repaired or maintained I didn't want to at the time. The one thing that makes me turn away from, or get a bad taste in my mouth from any retailer is pushy sales people. I only had to wait about 20 minutes and he came to get me in the waiting room. Overall a positive experience. Thank you Charles! More

Not only did they make me feel welcomed but they made me feel important and was set on getting me the car of my dreams and making sure I could drive it home right away. After one day I was able to drive my car home. They helped me to where I understood everything that was going on. I can't explain how amazing and grear I feel for choosing Russ Darrow Nissan.
