Myles told me the Nissan Versa had a 100,000 mile factory warranty. Later when I mention it he said it did not. Rob told me they would get an interest rate around 6% but in the end it was 7.63 %. Tony told me I would get 3 oil changes and tire rotations but did not tell me that cost me extra $190 dollars extra. I saw it written in the next day in the contract. He also sent me out the door without the paperwork for the extended warranty that I paid for. Later, when I asked, he sent it to me. 8 wanted the car I test drove but when on the phone with my insurance agent Rob slipped me a piece of paper with a different VIN. He did not know that I had written the VIN down after test driving it. I got the right car because I demanded it. More

Booked appointment online and it didn't actually schedule it. I didn't get a reminder so I was suspicious. The guy in service didn't let that be a problem and was able to fit me in.
