Arrived, was told the salesman I was dealing with was on a test drive so I got a different salesman. 2 of the 3 vehilces now not available? Drove the one, and it had hesitation / jerking issues. Picked out another, rotors and brakes were worn out and they said they would not fix it. Therefore now selling an unsafe vehicle. Drove a 3rd, agreed on a price, they came back with an added $3300 above advertised price. $499 for security etching I did not want. $2200 for ceramic coating and interior coating. $499 dealer fees. There for over 2 hours and the original salesman I made appointmnet with never stopped by. Inflated prices / add ons, bait and switch tactics, and trying to sell unsafe vehicles. DO NOT give this crooks the time of the day. Went down the road to an Honerst dealer, upo front pricing, upo front $299 dealer fees, CarFax report. 1/2 hour later, purchased a vehilce from an Honest dealer. CROOKS More
I had a terrible experience yesterday! I was interested in a 2014 Focus that was listed for $8,468 with about 40k miles. I called to ask questions and arrange to see it. I asked about the transmission and other recalls/known trouble areas. I was told over the phone it has been inspected and there are no red flags. The next day, I get to the dealership with my father and the new price is over $10k. We were confused as to why they would hike up the price so much after my appointment was made. We sit down with the sales person and he tells us they swapped inventory with the lot next to them so they don’t have it. We drove almost an hour to get there just for a bait and switch. The sales person (who had been there two weeks was passed off on us because the manager I was supposed to see was “busy”) After telling us they’d see what else they have in our price range, pulled up a list of crappy cars for that price with upwards of 120k miles on it. He finally got his manager who told us the Focus was in the shop with either a transmission or engine issue and we could not see/drive it. Said they were going to sell it wholesale (aka knowingly sell a car with transmission or engine issues) but did the swap with the other lot and they decided to fix it up which is why the price went up. He was not willing to make deals with us on something else for the inconvenience. The whole ordeal was dishonest and a waste of our Saturday evening. I am disgusted with how this dealership operates! If you value honest business and ensured safety with a vehicle, DO NOT BUY FROM RUSS DARROW NISSAN WEST BEND! More

I think it's about as good as any. Drake was pleasant. However, difficult to get finance to follow up. Called 3x and mesaage always said out of office but she was not. Gave them all my info, waited 6 days, no call back with payoff amount. Finace said they didn't know anything about it. I don't believe that. I spoke with her once prior. When we arrived we were told everything would be ready for us to sign to buy out our lease, not the case. Disappointed, I gave them everything before we arrived. If they had a question, before filling out the form they could have called but didn't. We waited 60 min to see finace, we were there an hr and 15 min. More
