No pressure. No hassle I was helped by Dan Powell in assiting me in finding a vehicle that fit into my budget and one that I really liked. Keep in mind my credit rating like I was helped by Dan Powell in assiting me in finding a vehicle that fit into my budget and one that I really liked. Keep in mind my credit rating like many others isnt the greatest, but everyone worked with me to get me a ford explorer and at a payment plan I can afford. So I would reccomend you making the trip. Arrogant and insular. We've tried to buy used cars from West Bend Russ Darrow several times but have always been put off by their lack of willingness to deal on price (even We've tried to buy used cars from West Bend Russ Darrow several times but have always been put off by their lack of willingness to deal on price (even a little bit) and their extreme arrogance. Their attitude is, "if you don't like our price, we hope you enjoy the car that you buy from another dealer". Even if the car has been at their dealership for 9 months and they're telling us their pricing is right in line with all of the other dealers for a comparable car...hmmmm, if so, why is it a bit higher than other dealers, and why is it still there? It seems that they're using the West Bend business model of "oh well, if you don't like our pricing, you can drive 20 to 30 miles to Milwaukee and buy one there". Okay, that's just what we'll do, as far as we're concerned, there is no major car dealer in West Bend, it's a joke and a waste of time. Unless you're willing to get "hosed" by this dealership go elsewhere from the get go. More

Dont buy any used car from them. First time purchasing a dealer vehicle and I purchased it on 3/7/17 picked up 3/11/17(had to wait for insurance) come tuesday 3/14/17 the car startes First time purchasing a dealer vehicle and I purchased it on 3/7/17 picked up 3/11/17(had to wait for insurance) come tuesday 3/14/17 the car startes making a can rattling sound coming from the engine and shaking and churning sound when turning at a stop and im told i could take it to any Russ Darrow dealer for free inspection so i go to the volkswagon dealer and after two hours of waiting they tell me i have to go from where i purchased so i go to this(west bend) location and wait another two hours for the inspection to be completed 3/16/17 and considering that i recently just purchased the car i believed they would cover any repairs but no i was wrong they expected me to pocket out $800 for repairs not even any sort of discount. So long story short dont buy a used car and expect it to be without issues within the first month. More
