I want to say how disappointed I was in the process of getting my car from you. I did call and left a voicemail asking the manager to call me to talk to him about my experience. I want to start with the fact the we have not purchased a new vehicle for well over 10 years. It is quite obvious that in that time things have changed a lot. We had found the car online and set up an appointment with heather to look at the vehicle. The price as well as car information was all online. We got to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and decide to purchase the car.There were no stickers with the purchase price on the car so I assumed it was the price that i saw online that morning was the cost of the car. I was under the impression that the price online what the price I would be paying. When Heather showed me the balance due it didn’t seem that what was online and the total she gave me was correct. When I questioned she told me the cost of the car was $21, 973. When I was looking at the car the cost was $21,793 ( I believe that’s what is was). When I questioned her she said that the cost was $21973. I showed her what I had on my phone and she told me that the price went up since the car had been detailed. Again, it has been a long time since I purchased a car but I can’t believe that is how you do business. To add to my frustration I confirmed that there were 2 key fobs and she just looked at me and said no. Only one. It is going to cost me $250.00 to get a second one. I know that at anytime we could have ended the transaction, and am upset that I didn’t make someone explain to me how you can just randomly change the price of your used vehicles.
