I initially stopped in to look at the tacoma which i had my eye on for quite sometime and want to drive it and make sure it was what i really wanted. After talking with the sales guy a while there were a few questions that he had to get confirmations on and he would get back to me in a couple days. Well a couple days has come and gone and I figured this was going to be the typical experience, however one day in the mail I had a letter from the salesman stating he lost my number (xxxx happens) and he provided me with the answers to the questions. It was at that point that i was buying from him, even though there is another dealer closer to my house. Not once did i feel pressured to talk about the financial side of things. So i got my ducks in a row and went in told them what i wanted to do. After a few discussions we had come to an agree that toyota would have to build my truck! It took about a month but i was informed through the entire process including build date changes. The anticipation was killing me, brand new, not even a test drive. Delivery day came and just as expected in and out quickly. The finance department was a pleasure to work with and they even saved me by not allowing me to take out gap coverage, because i would never be under water with this truck. Definitely a dealership worth going to! More

The truth is...I just wanted more space and the purchase to be checked off my never ending list and Russ Darrow Toyota made the experience EASY. It was easy. The Sienna was an easy, obvious, reliable choice. We didn't shop around because we know the brand and price were going to be reliable. The staff made it easy and worked around our crazy schedule. I was thrilled all new car mats (missing from our van originally) and the bonus details we worked on. Sometimes you just want it to be easy. Customer service was great, purchase was smooth and our family loves the new car! More

Great experience with Dan Powell at Russ Darrow West bend I went int the dealership with minimal expectations. Dan worked with me to provide multiple options, talked through the differences of each vehicle, a I went int the dealership with minimal expectations. Dan worked with me to provide multiple options, talked through the differences of each vehicle, and allowed me to drive as many as I would like. What i really like was that Dan was not pushy what so ever. I was able to leave for a day or so without consistent hassle only to come back on work with him again to finalize a deal. What a great experience. I recommend Dan if you are looking for a new or used vehicle at Russ Darrow Chrysler Ram Jeep in West Bend. More
