Poor service and organization. Went on a 45 minute drive (one way) from where I live there to the dealer in West Bend look at an SUV I saw on Auto Trader. I confirmed by e-mail and by phone twice with their secretary/receptionists- that the car I was coming to see was still available the day prior and the morning I arrived. I was told it was available and who to ask for when I got there, only to be told by sales personnel after I arrived that it was sold a few days earlier. No real apologies or anything, only excuses- I was VERY disappointed, do not recommend their service at all- and will not be going back. More
