I sent yall an email and got no response ..lol. This js exactly what Im talking about. Bogus last minute fees to rip people off, and pretending to care about customers on public platforms. In reality your sales manager was extremely disrespectful: "I dont need your business...ill just put the truck on the lot and sell it for 7k more." Basically saying "Pay our bogus fees or get lost. We have the upper hand"

I was contacted on the Facebook post to contact the Service Director Kamron which I left a message. Kamron called me back in 2 hours and said he was very angry and was taking notes feverishly and would get to the bottom of it and get back to me shortly, well 2 days later and nothing. WOW!!
