Horrible Experience!!!!! I'm so upset. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over 2 weeks now. I took my car to their service department, told them exactly what the issue I'm so upset. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over 2 weeks now. I took my car to their service department, told them exactly what the issue was. They were supposed to order the parts and I was going to drop my vehicle back off to them once the parts arrived. I then received a call letting me know that they were not going to order the parts because they were going to do an update instead. I told them that would not fix my issue but was willing to give it a try. I dropped my car back off to them picked it up next day there was scratches on my driver door like someone had keyed my vehicle i was told be the service adviser Gonzalez- that they were not responsible because he has the area marked on his paper. I know for a fact that those marks were not on my vehicle at the time of drop off. Also my speaker is still rattling and making noise and my Bluetooth is still not working properly. This is a 2016 Honda that I just bought. I have asked to speak with the Service director 4 times and instead I keep getting put on hold or told he is unavailable. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. I will be calling the BBB and whoever else I can call about Russell and Smith Service department and how I am being treated. They make sure and take you money if anything else but don't do what is right. The the problems that I brought my vehicle in for is still an issue plus now my vehicle has key markings on the door and expect me to pay them to fix that!!!! More

I found the certified pre-owned car online (which they made easy, rather than requiring my personal info before they let me search like 'other' dealerships did). The website filters made it easy and fun. Once I decided on what I wanted, I was able to arrange to stop by and test drive. My salesman, GT Tan was great. He was enthusiastic and polite - answering ALL of my questions and concerns about the car and the process. He understood what I wanted and helped move away any obstacles that presented themselves. The process was relatively painless compared to previous car shopping experiences. While waiting to meet with the finance dept to complete the paperwork, he allowed me to migrate my 'stuff' from my old car to my new-to-me car to lessen the time it would take to get us home. He did all he could to make it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone coming to the dealership. I also worked with Karan Patel in Finance - who finally listened when I expressed that I only wanted PART of the extended warrantee package. The paperwork was completed with minimal hassles and I was finally able to leave - and enjoy the exhilaration of my awesome new-to-me car! More

Dino Varcados called and emailed me with specific information and pricing about a vehicle that was consistent with what I had indicated. Upon arrival, Dino greeted me in person and enthusiastically. Ari, Dino's Car Pro Sales consultant then worked with me to identify and confirm the vehicle I was looking for. I bought the car and the terms were very close to the Car Pro USA pricing I received originally. Great dealership and a great experience! More

Best buying experience ever I recently became a Car Pro member and was referred to this dealer as the only approved Honda Car Pro dealer in Houston. My wife and I received imme I recently became a Car Pro member and was referred to this dealer as the only approved Honda Car Pro dealer in Houston. My wife and I received immediate attention as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We were then introduced to Jack "Dino" , the manager. From there we were introduced to our sales person, Maria Avellaneda. The both of them made my wife and I feel very comfortable and welcome. They had the cars we called ahead and asked about, ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Maria made the whole process go very smoothly. Jack checked in with us several times during the process, to make sure everything was going OK. After we decided on the model we wanted , we were introduced to Karan Patel in the finance department. He also did a very good job of explaining everything to us. Overall the whole buying experience was excellent. In 40 years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience I ever had. I am also very thankful to the knowledge I gained from listening to Jerry, the Car Pro. Without this information, I might have had another bad car buying experience as I did in past years. As it is said, knowledge is key to everything. I have recommended the Car Pro, and the Russell and Smith dealership to several of my friends already.
