When I told him about price quotes from other dealerships I was working with, he explained to me to be very skeptical about their pricing, especially since it was so much lower than the quotes I received from Mr. Tran. All of it turned out to be true, as the other dealers were not responding to my request for more information unless I came on to their lot. At Russell and Smith Honda, and especially Mr. Tran, they were always very quick in my response for more information and answer my questions very professionally. When it came time to actually pull the trigger on purchasing the vehicle, everything that was presented beforehand, stayed the same when my wife and I were on the lot. Mr. Tran worked very hard to get the price I wanted with the financing terms I wanted (financing credit goes to the finance department but the name of the person we worked with escapes me right now). The whole process took as long as I expected. If I was able to, I would have purchased 2 vehicles that day, but settled just for purchasing for my wife. I look forward to working with Mr. Tran again.
