Quick and Painless When I saw the new HR-V I knew I just had to have one. I submitted my TRUECar request and got several prices from the certified dealers. I had purchases two previous Honda's from Russell & Smith so I wanted to purchase my HR-V from there as well. I was contacted by Viet Phan and set up an appointment. I went in today 06/24/2016 and was helped by Ari Imanraharja. He was great and I had an excellent experience. I hold him what I wanted and he made it happen for me. I went in at 12:00pm. and drove off with my new car at 3:00pm. Ari set up my phone and and showed me all the bells and whistle on my new car. The entire team at Russell & Smith was AWESOME!!!! More
