Only place I'd buy a Honda! I bought my first Honda Pilot at Russell & Smith in 2007 and had such a great experience. Satisfying low-pressure experience We visited Russell & Smith Honda in search of a used Honda Civic for my daughter's first car. This was the first dealership we visited because they ha We visited Russell & Smith Honda in search of a used Honda Civic for my daughter's first car. This was the first dealership we visited because they had the biggest selection of used Civic's to look at. We did not have an appointment; we were greeted outside by Dennis Blossom who took us in and made us comfortable while we selected a few cars to look at on the computer. We liked the first car that we test drove and ended up making a deal. I showed up with credit union financing already in hand, and the dealership made the obligatory attempt to provide their own financing. When I refused, they did not push the issue. Same thing with the finance department. After refusing roadside assistance and additional warranty, there was no pressure to re-consider. The only slight negative with the experience was the wait while the car was made ready to drive home (car wash and full tank of gas). Overall, we were very pleased with this dealership and especially Dennis who was very friendly and easy to work with. This was probably the smoothest experience I have ever had with buying a new or used car at a dealership. More

Great Experience I tried several other dealerships. Some of them send me emails with all caps; some of them do not pick up your call when you need them, but keep calli I tried several other dealerships. Some of them send me emails with all caps; some of them do not pick up your call when you need them, but keep calling you nonstop when they need you; some of them will say one thing to win you over to the store, but do not keep their words when you are in their store. Given what I have experienced, my experience with Denise and Amy at Russell Smith is precious. They are polite and responsive. Denise even picked up my call during her days off. Most importantly, they keep their words and make everything transparent. Overall this is a great shop with great people. More
