buying experience, 1/22 I came in to Russell and Smith Honda wanting to test drive a CR-V and get a sense of their pricing. As soon as I walked in the door, Mr. Blossom appro I came in to Russell and Smith Honda wanting to test drive a CR-V and get a sense of their pricing. As soon as I walked in the door, Mr. Blossom approached me and asked if I needed help. Within a few minutes, I was able to test drive a few different vehicles. Upon making it back in from test driving, I noticed a new model car that I really liked. I asked Mr. Blossom about it and he was able to work a great deal. He was able to speak with his manager and get the monthly payment at a rate I could afford and with no problems! Great, friendly service.
