LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! I recently purchased my new 2016 Honda Pilot from Russell & Smith Honda. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from this dealership over the year I recently purchased my new 2016 Honda Pilot from Russell & Smith Honda. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from this dealership over the years, and I have always driven away a very happy customer! My Sales Consultant, Karan Patel was outstanding! He is a wonderful person to work with, very polite, and is knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the dealership. I clearly am NOT just another customer to him, as he has kept in touch with me since my purchase in late November. Dino, absolutely love him! I always made a point to tease him about the emails that they were sending me earlier in the year, tempting me to buy a new car. I told Dino anytime I was at the dealership to have my 2006 Honda Pilot serviced, that I wasn't ready to buy but when the 2016 Honda Pilot arrived, I promised I would come see him! Jad in the Finance department was a pleasure to work with, and did an excellent job getting my note where I needed it to be. Customer satisfaction is OUTSTANDING at Russell & Smith Honda. I wish I could give them a higher rating of 5 stars as they deserve it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda, and make sure to ask for the gentlemen I mentioned above, you will be glad you did. I bought my new 2015 Accord about two weeks ago, and had excellent service from Dennis Lewis, Stevon, and Amy (from finance department) and were completely satisfied with my new car. They are VERY knowledgeable, detail-oriented while introducing, testing, and final financial processing the new car. They answered all my questions and were very patient with no pressure and truly cared about the experience I would have at the dealership. I finally got very good offer at the end of bidding process. Great Salesman The salesman (David Nelson) was obviously great which is why I went back. Unfortunately, the sales manager needs to work on his people skills. He may think that he was instrumental in closing the sale, which perhaps he was. However, he probably lost a loyal customer for future purchases. He was so focused on "skrewing" the customer between haggling and dilly dallying over a couple of hundred bucks. However, every second that I had to continue talking with the sales manager, my level of annoyance and infuriation escalated. For a hundred and fifty bucks, he lost a customer who will probably not be returning for future purchase. This was my 4th Honda (for the family) in 13 years. My next Honda will be bought somewhere else. p.s.-- Before you fist bump and high five over a closed sale, at least make sure you are not in plain sight of the customer. More

I also like how the manager comes out and shake my hand and thank me for stopping by, so I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic. The service was GREAT and they really worked with my budget!
