I met and worked with good people, like Hanson in sales and Jamie in Finance. Hanson worked well to explain the whole process and Jamie never pressured or played any “tricks”. I felt good through the entire process and understood the implications of my decisions. It also helped you had 30 days to consider the extended warranty and GAP insurance. The only thing I paid for which I am not happy about is the “dealer inventory tax”. I was helping them by moving a hard to move vehicle from their lot and they slipped it in. Why would they slap that on? But that was the ONLY thing I can mention which I did not like, EVERYTHING else was perfect and smooth and transparent I am in love with my new car! 3+ hours later, around midnight I drove my new car off the lot like a thief in the night and didn’t stop until 3 in the morning. I came back a few days later with 100 questions after reading all the material and Jamie answered everything and took care of every quickly. It was good to see them again! Switching as a loyal customer from another powerhouse car manufacturer to Honda was a tough choice. Am I a total convert? Can’t say yet.. only time will tell... But Russell & Smith Honda is the place to go and see for yourself! Thanks again Hanson and Jamie! More

He explained each vehicle that we were interested in in depth and we drove away with the NEW 2019 Honda Passport! And a BIG shout out to Karan Patel for explaining all the warranty information to us and finding what was best for us! Hands down, the best experience I have ever had!!!! More

Easy breezy...this time. There's always a little bit of trepidation for me going to dealerships for service, wondering if I'll be lucky enough to find an advisor who's friendl There's always a little bit of trepidation for me going to dealerships for service, wondering if I'll be lucky enough to find an advisor who's friendly, knowledgeable and honest. And it's frustrating to find one you can trust, only to come back to learn that he or she has moved on. There's a lot of turnover at this location for some reason. That's the only reason I would ding them. But after going thru two previous advisors that I liked, I was happy to be approached on my recent visit by Andy Vasquez. He was bright, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable...he didn't try to add on any extra expensive services that shops are notorious for trying to convince you need immediately. Yes he did inform me about other maintenance that I need in the near future, but I didn't feel any pressure, as he assured me that I had time to have those things done at a later date. He got me in and out in less time than I'd expected, so this time was a great experience for me. More
