Got me in and out before expected. I was able to get an appointment set up for an oil change. Following this I received a call back from the Rusty Wallace service department saying tha I was able to get an appointment set up for an oil change. Following this I received a call back from the Rusty Wallace service department saying that an earlier time slot had opened and asked if I would be interested. This worked much better for me.
