Had to have my car towed to Kia of Alcoa to have it looked at, the service center ended up keeping my car for 2 weeks after I was told it would be looked at 3 days after it got to the facility. No one looked at, the service center ended up keeping my car for 2 weeks after I was told it would be looked at 3 days after it got to the facility.
