I did not have an appointment and figured they would be swamped with it being the 1st day after a holiday, but our 2020 KIA Sedona was due it's first oil change. So, we dropped by to see if they could do it and to my surprise they told me they could have me in & out in about an hour or so. I don't remember how much time elapsed, but it wasn't long. I was having a problem with my hatch not closing. I called the service center and I liked the fact that I was able to bring my car in the same day. I arrive at 2:00 pm and by 2:30 was told it was the l called the service center and I liked the fact that I was able to bring my car in the same day. I arrive at 2:00 pm and by 2:30 was told it was the latch. It would be 467ish to fix. 30 minutes later it was done. When I looked at my bill it was $529 with tax. They charged $240 for labor for literally 40 min of work. Asked to speak with service manager and was told it’s a flat rate and would not adjust. Told me the guys need to buy tools! Really? I’m buying your guys tools. I would understand if it was a long job but come on! How much did the actual service tech receive? Maybe $30-$40. Unacceptable! I will shop around for future work. More
We entered your dealership on July 4th to purchase a vehicle. A gentleman or a scholar, your choice, greeted us with a smile and an elbow. His name was David. He asked us what we were looking for and took the time to listen and help us find the perfect vehicle. During the test ride, he was very informative and honest. During the negotiation process, he was honest and informative going over the options. From elbow to delivery David was extremely professional and helpful. If I had to place a motto to David to recap our experience, it would be “never let good become good enough”. The people we had in the service department was rude including the service manager. We had an appt for 9:15. Went back around 12:30 & they hadn't started on it. We had a loaner but that meant we had to put gas in it twice instead of once because we had to make 2 trips there. We bought our vehicle from that dealership & used to always take it to be serviced there. But because they are so rude & it takes forever even though you have an appt. we take it elsewhere now to be serviced. More
Service department was ON POINT! We had a recall/repair performed at our local dealer in west ATL. We got to TN and everything was wrong again and leaking fuel. I spoke to Alex at Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Hwy and made last min arrangement to get my van to him. He stayed a few minutes late, looked everything over with us and made sure my family was safe. We were beyond thrilled to get a call the NEXT day that the work was completed! I am impressed with the safety, professionalism, and efficiency exhibited by this dealership’s service department. Please give them your business and kudos for taking care of a Georgia family who were almost stranded on vacation. And a special thanks to Alex! More
