Better price and really nice folks to work with. I'm still baffled by my experience at Rusty Wallace, and I would never do business with them. And I wish they'd stop sending me junk emails about their crap dealership. More

Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville falsely advertised an 8-year powertrain warranty. Their web page said: "We are proud to cover your Kia for eight years or 200,000 miles . . .you can expect this to be incl 8-year powertrain warranty. Their web page said: "We are proud to cover your Kia for eight years or 200,000 miles . . .you can expect this to be included with every new Kia we sell without having to ask for it." On 4/22/2026 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Rusty Wallace Kia. When I got home I found that my paperwork did not include a copy of this warranty. I called Rusty Wallace; they were reluctant to provide me with a copy, but when I insisted they sent me the warranty: it is a 7-year warranty. Rusty Wallace refuses to provide me with an 8-year warranty. More
I recently purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride from Joe "big country" Montgomery and had a wonderful experience! I was very hesistant to trade in my 2025 Telluride. The process of trading it in was a breeze and Joe makes you feel like family! He was so kind and very patient with my children that we had with us. He has also followed up to make sure we are still loving our new vehicle. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our purchase and has earned a customer for life! I came there and traded in my brand new car for a jeep I really liked. Keith was my dealer. Jake is the owner. The man that gave the jeep to them told me I made a huge mistake buying it. It had a death wobble and I took it back to them and it was supposed to be completely fixed when I picked it up. I assumed. Then the last few days it started acting up again and keep in mind I did not go missing it was only driven on the rode because it was a rode thing only for me. Yesterday evening I hit a bump in the rode and the that threw me into a curb and then I flipped, hit a pole, and was stuck upside down in it. I should be dead right now and I have no clue why I’m not. I was in the hospital and got out yesterday. I’m banged up good. In pain. Last time they said if I took my comment down they would give me a free tank of gas. WTH. This time don’t ask me to get this post off of here because if you decide to buy a car or especially a jeep from them….. don’t!!! They will say there service team said it’s great but it’s a lie then they will say they will fix it but that’s just a two fix. I recommend never getting a car from them unless it has 0 miles on it and even then I wouldn’t because they are a company for money and not there clients safety. I will loose everything I have because of them and I’ll be homeless. They erased this off their website because I just checked. I’m sure any review they erase because that review from me couldn’t be more true. It’s a week later I need my odometer reading and Lane release papers emailed to me so I called and spoke to Jennifer and she said this ( I recorded the conversation if someone wants to hear it) I need you to pay and order us a duplicate title and I’ll reimburse you because the car you traded in is on our lot and we can’t seek it. She said if I got her the title then I could have the odometer reading etc. She could tell about talking to me that I didn’t even know when I traded in my car all of that would’ve been on the paperwork so I already have it sitting here and it’s a few days later and I call again and talk to a man and he tells me the truth that it will be on the paperwork. I’m really glad I have everything in record recording and if you buy from them, you should do the same and make sure to suggest you take it to a shop before purchasing it. I just read the disclaimer on this site and they can erase this review also. More

I had a great experience at Rusty Wallace Kia, Joe Montgomery was had great customer service and was willing to help me and understood the situation I was dealing with as far as time to do a deal and Montgomery was had great customer service and was willing to help me and understood the situation I was dealing with as far as time to do a deal and the curtesy to explain how everything would go.
