We must have visited 10 to 15 big time car lots from Knoxville to Morristown and spent several hours searching the Internet. Saturday Night We Visited Rusty Wallace Kia On Callahan Drive in Knoxville Tennessee. When we showed up everyone had already left except the sales manager Shannon Stone. He told us that they were closed but we were free to look around and if we saw anything we were interested in to let him know. My wife was immediately drawn to the new 2015 Kia Sorento. Shannon talked to us about the cost and we decided that it was a little to high for our budget since we didn't have any money to put down. He explained to us that he could research his inventory on Monday morning and find us a used one that we could afford with no money down. Before we left he asked us what color vehicle we wanted, if we wanted leather or cloth, and how many miles we were willing to accept on a used vehicle. He called me on Monday morning and said that he had found a Chevy traverse that had everything we were looking for. I told him that we were not interested in a Chevy we really wanted a kia sorento or a honda pilot. He told me that he understood and would continue looking. Tuesday morning he called me to let me know that he had found a 2013 kia with very low miles and plenty of warranty left on it if we would be interested in coming down and looking at it. When my wife and I got there it was exactly what we were looking for. The color, interior, and milage exactly what we asked for. Also he had printed up a carfax report without us even asking for it. In my opinion Shannon Stone went above and beyond expectations for us. You have to remember he's not a salesman. He's the manager. He could have easily pawned us off on one of his salesmen to haggle with since he doesn't make comission off of any cars he sales. You see he is a salaried employee as a manager.
