He listens patiently and seeks to make sure we are satisfied with the service provided. Dustin, a service technician, recently saved us $2,000 by being very persistent in his inspection of our car. He wanted to get it right and not make needless expensive repairs. We don't know all of the service technicians by name, but we would like to thank all of them for their quality work on our vehicles. We also want to thank everyone behind the service desk because they have all played a role in making sure we are taken care of.
