Had an appt at 3:00pm sat in service drive for 15 mins and car not checked in until 3:15pm Watched the service techs walk around my car for over hour and 1/2 before they ever started work. Riding clock as they did mot do much of anything but chat amongst themselves most of the time. When asked what was delay was told 15 more mins which turned into 45 mins and only after I told the not to wash my car otherwise it would have been longer. More
