Had battery replaced which was under warrantyfor 2016 CR-V. Very Happy with the service I received. Test were promptly run on the battery which had died (unable to hold a charge). Battery replacement was accomplished in a reasonable time after additional tests were run to confirm the old battery was not functional. The service representative did a good job communicating the replacement process and notifying me promptly after the work was completed. More

Our 2008 CRV needed the 80,000 mile transmission flush which was only the 2nd time it had been in the service bay. The first was the air bag inflator recall. I don't know how Honda can sell an extended warranty when all you need is tires, battery and windshield wipers. The guys at the service department are very professional and our CRV was out in a jiffy. Cudos to Rusty Wallis, the service guys & gals, and Jim Beeson in sales. More

Exactly 24 hours before my deadline I decided to send an online inquiry to Rusty Wallis Honda in Dallas just 10 minutes before they closed. I received a response from an assistant 1 minute before closing acknowledging my inquiry and promising a speedy response. The next morning salesman Kevin Harper sent me a personalized video introducing himself and showing all aspects of the car I was interested in. I told him that I didn't want to make the long drive if my requirements couldn't be met and he assured me that he would do everything in his power to meet my needs. I was highly impressed by his willingness to be honest and the level of professionalism he exuded. At no point during the process was I pressured to purchase or manipulated by tricky sales tactics. All of the overwhelming details were explained to me in ways I could understand and every question was answered before I was asked to sign anything. The amount of space and time that he gave me to make my decision was much appreciated and very necessary for this type of investment! I felt confident in my choices and I feel confident recommending his phenomenal service to anyone looking to make a well informed and pressure free purchase from someone who shows integrity and pride in their work.
