There was no question about where I would get my next car since I had bought one here for my wife in 2012. Bernard was at the door and walked me through the process and explained what I already knew, it is about the service. Once I had picked out my car, I was lead over to Ruben in finance. He was knowledgeable and understanding, getting me a fantastic interest rate. He also took the time to explain the new Honda service options and answer my questions. There are some significant things going on in my life and Bernard had me return my rental car while my car was being detailed and tinted. He gave me a loaner to get to the hospital and said my car would be ready later. Bernard was waiting there at 8.30p just to make sure everything was ok. Bernard and Ruben are what made my experience enjoyable despite my circumstances. They are both excellent representatives of Rusy Wallace service. More
Terrible work and rude, dishonest employees I bought my car here and I leased my last car here, and never again will I buy a Honda and I would not buy so much as a wiper blade from Rusty Wallis. I bought my car here and I leased my last car here, and never again will I buy a Honda and I would not buy so much as a wiper blade from Rusty Wallis. My lease had issues from the start; for example, the rear windows stopped working and I never noticed (because who rolls down their rear windows?) but when I turned it in they said it was my fault (HOW?) and charged me. To avoid that and a lot of other borderline illegitimate fees, I bought a new car that has had annoying habits from the beginning. Aside from the fact that they tried to not let me notice that the car was a prior year model and not the current year. I brought it in for a recall and a windshield replacement (not the car's fault, just a stray rock on the highway) and while I was there I paid for an interior detail and asked them to replace the cruise control on/off switch, which had failed within two years. They didn't have the parts for the cruise control in stock, which is mind-boggling to me, but would charge me $300 if they did, even though I had an extended warranty. The detailing was very sloppy. The dashboard is still spotty and scuffed and there's still a sticky ring ring from a cell phone mount that fell off. I pointed this out to the manager and he tried to tell me they couldn't clean it until he rubbed it with his fingers and it came right off. He had to admit that anyone who was trying to clean would have easily removed it. They also removed the floor mats and didn't replace them, so now I'm out the cost of those too. The serious issue though is that they scratched the xxxx out of the inside of my driver's side window and refused to take any responsibility. It's outrageous. The worst part is the absolute indifference of Doug (who lied to me and said he was the manager) and Rich (the service manager) and clear unwillingness to help or complete the service that was paid for. Doug was snotty, smirking, and full of lies. Rich wouldn't even look me in the eye (maybe because he would have to look up too far, guy is pretty tiny) and flatly refused to help or deal with me honorably. From the moment he came over his immediate tactics were to deny and deflect and I had to prove him wrong several times about his claims and attempts to wriggle out of the terrible job his shop had done. I'm going to have the airbag replacement looked at by another shop because I have NO confidence that these people fixed it properly, if they can't even wipe a dashboard. I deeply regret ever coming here and I hope to help as many people as possible not make the same mistake. More
Advisor was great but why bother with appointments? They furnished me with a rental car located right at the dealership. They kept me informed during the service work process. More

Very good experience This is the fourth Honda we have bought from Rusty Wallis Honda. We have always felt we got a good price on the purchase of our new vehicles.
