Finance Department Finance department told me one thing but wrote another thing in the contract. Then when ask about it, the guy couldn't remember. Friday (yesterday) my "Check Tire Pressure" warning came on, and I drove to Rusty Wallis at a busy, crowded time. When Rich Starr heard why I'd come in, he waved me around the service lanes into the garage proper; I didn't need to get out of the van. The tire pressure was taken care of, and Rich guided me out and showed me how to get back to the street. This all took about 15 minutes -- all transacted in friendly, reassuring tones. A great relief and a great experience. More
