Now, I am not saying that making money is a "bad thing" but it usually supersedes the wishes and desires of the customer. It means the sales person's agenda is primary and foremost, not yours. I wanted to try leasing a car for the first time and I was rather nervous. I had a budget I wanted to stick to and I had a small down payment. I had been warned about the "pitfalls" of leasing, so I was a bit wary. Rusty Wallis not only met my desired payments but were very gracious and kind in doing so. I had a positive experience starting with sales person, Christian and ended up speaking with a very capable and positive Sales Manager, Ken and finalized the lease with the hardworking and diligent business manager, Joshua I would and have recommended Rusty Wallis to all family and friends! I have to say, that because of my experience at Rusty Wallis, I will be car buying/leasing with them again! More

Car Repair/Customer Service I was so lucky to Steve as my service advisor. He was really nice and kept me informed of the status of my car. I thought I had major problems but t I was so lucky to Steve as my service advisor. He was really nice and kept me informed of the status of my car. I thought I had major problems but turned out it was really just a minor issue and they fixed it and now I am really to roll on down the road.. I will definitely be using them again for my service on my 2010 Honda Fit, and when the time arrives, I will be purchasing a new car from them again.
