I have worked consistently with Steve Hartwig and other advisors through the years including Travis Porter and Jeff Peterson. I trust the advisors and I go to Rusty Wallis for ALL my car maintenance. I bought a new 2012 Honda Accord from Rusty Wallis and I got a great deal. This is my 11th year with Rusty Wallis and I am very pleased to have a reliable and dedicated service shop for my Honda cars. I have high standards and an excellent rating is hard to attain, however compared to another shop I am sure Rusty Wallis is excellent. More

MANNY IS GREAT!!!! I am going to begin with this place is GREAT!!!!! I called in on the weekend inquiring about a used vehicle that fix comfortably in my price range...w I am going to begin with this place is GREAT!!!!! I called in on the weekend inquiring about a used vehicle that fix comfortably in my price range...when Manny answered the phone he was very polite even sent me videos and pictures of the exact car. I told him that me and my husband would be first thing in the morning...That morning as soon as the dealership opened Manny was nice enough to give me a call and let me know the car I had my eyes on sold that weekend but that he did still have some other cars in my price range. I decided that I would still go in to see my other options. The office was very quite and slow paced which I was prefer I didn't have someone on my hinny the moment I got there. Unfortunately I was not able to walk away with a car today because I already had a car note on my credit. BUT.........When I have a bigger deposit that will hopefully help me out. The definition of customer service! My fiance and I have been shopping around for a used vehicle for about three months. It felt like we had been told "No" a million times, and that we n My fiance and I have been shopping around for a used vehicle for about three months. It felt like we had been told "No" a million times, and that we needed 30-40% down because of our credit. Truth be told my credit is not good and my her score barely fair. However, being off for spring break, we decided to try one more time between Rusty Wallis Honda and another dealership for virtually the same vehicle. Living in Frisco, we didn't want to drive to either dealership just to be told "No" again. Neither dealership had the online option to run a finance application with a co-applicant so we emailed both of them explaining our situation. The other dealership kept pressuring us to come in and see what they could do once we got there. Rusty Wallis accommodated us by taking our financial information (Thank you Cody Kennedy!) and genuinely took the time to evaluate our situation against what their capabilities were. After a few hours, we received an email saying,"We think we can get you taken care of. When can you come in?" Music to our ears! We looked at each other and said, "Well they actually took the time to look everything over. I don't think they'd waste their time or ours by having us drive down there, maybe this is worth the trip." Upon arrival Cody was tied up with another customer, but Bernard took great care of us the moment we walked through the door. He got the car we came for ready for a test drive and very shortly after that he had the proposed deals ready to go. After choosing which term, down payment and monthly payment we were more comfortable with, he submitted the deal to Jay in the finance department. I don't know how he did it, but Jay got approval for our vehicle with the same term and down payment with a lower monthly payment than we had anticipated. We are both highly satisfied and new lifetime Rusty Walls Honda customers. Thanks to the entire team, you guys are great! More
